Liftgate lamp housing

Problem

OEM Mopar-style housing on a 2018/19 Dodge Grand Caravan lost the tabs that retain the lens.

Method

Calipers and rulers, SolidWorks model of the opaque body and bulb seats, PETG on an Anycubic Kobra X, fit on print 2.

Result

Original festoon bulb transplanted; part still in service.

Fleet key tags

One parameterized SolidWorks family for five Dezign vehicles. Parameters drive year, model name, and vehicle silhouette.

Tags are marked DEZIN; company name on this site is Dezign Home Staging.
